About this position
Di An Di Vietnamese-American restaurant is looking for a Line Cook to join our BOH team.We are a small, but tight knit kitchen team that believes in respect, collaboration, team work and clear communication. We love to share Vietnamese food and culture with our guests. We take our job seriously, but enjoy cooking, building camaraderie and working together as a team to make the best Vietnamese food we can possibly make.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the right individual to work closely with our kitchen leaders and with a motivated kitchen team.

Requirements:
• Full time availability + weekend availability required

• Ability to work full time hours - NO BLACKOUT DAYS for the first 6 months without prior approval
