General Laborer - Cannabis Facility
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Sunday (1-2 days off per week), 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (40 hours/week) - Regular Overtime Available

A well-established cannabis company in Camarillo, CA is seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join their team. In this dynamic role, you may rotate through various departments including cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine operation depending on business needs. Over time, you may specialize in one area based on performance and fit.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the cannabis industry - no prior experience required.
Training will be provided in all areas. Duties may include:
Cultivation & Propagation- Transplanting, watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
- Assisting with greenhouse maintenance and sanitation
- Following SOPs and safety guidelines
- Harvesting plants while maintaining product quality
- Hand- or machine-trimming cannabis flower
- Maintaining speed and accuracy during repetitive tasks
- Operating trimming or packaging equipment under supervision
- Assisting with machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Ensuring safe and efficient production flow
The right candidate is:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow directions and work well both independently and in a team
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical labor (standing, lifting, bending)
- Open to learning and working across multiple departments
- Flexible with schedules and available for overtime as needed
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must submit to a background check
- Must have reliable transportation to Camarillo, CA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
