The RoleWe are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Whether you are behind the bar crafting cocktails or managing a section in the dining room, your goal is to provide world-class service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
Responsibilities- For Servers:
- Maintain deep knowledge of our food and beverage menus to provide expert recommendations and pairings.
- Execute precise service standards, ensuring every course is delivered with attention to detail.
- Manage guest relations, handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and feedback with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless flow of service.
- For Bartenders:
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and flair.
- Maintain a pristine and organized bar workspace.
- Engage with guests at the bar, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and prep tasks as required by the management team.
- Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a demeanor that reflects our commitment to high-quality service.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and the willingness to jump in and support colleagues across both locations.
- Knowledge: A passion for French cuisine, wine, and spirits is highly valued.
