Electrical Helper
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Helper to join our team. This position supports electricians in residential and commercial electrical work, including installations, troubleshooting, and general job site assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and service work
- Run basic tools and materials as directed
- Pull and prepare wiring, conduit, and devices
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of electrical or construction experience required
- Must have reliable means of transportation to the office
- Must supply own basic personal hand tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and job site safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in residential electrical work
- Familiarity with NEC standards
- Desire to grow into a lead electrician role
