Omaha Journeyman Service Plumber – $45–$50+/Hr + Performance Pay
$45–$50+/hour base pay + accelerated hourly performance incentives
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | No On-Call | No Weekends
bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Omaha is growing, and we're looking to add an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber to our team.
We're a locally owned, family-run plumbing company serving the Omaha area. We're looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench. We want a good person with integrity who takes pride in their work, treats customers and coworkers well, and wants to be part of a team they actually enjoy working with.

Compensation
Base Pay: $45–$50+ per hour, depending on experience
In addition to your base hourly rate, we offer accelerated hourly performance incentives that provide additional earning potential for strong performance.
Overtime is available if desired but is not required.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
No on-call rotation.
No scheduled weekends.

What You'll Do
As a Journeyman Service Plumber, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Omaha area diagnosing plumbing problems, presenting solutions, completing repairs and installations, and providing a great customer experience.
Our work includes:
- Residential plumbing service and repair
- Water heaters
- Fixtures and plumbing repairs
- Drain and sewer work
- Water treatment
- Remodel plumbing
- Estimates/Sales
- Other residential plumbing projects
We want plumbers who can take ownership of their jobs, communicate well with customers, work efficiently, and take pride in leaving things better than they found them.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Omaha Journeyman Plumber license
- Valid driver's license
- Strong plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Honest and trustworthy
- Professional with customers and coworkers
- Team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Experience diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting repair options
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Technical ability matters, but character matters just as much to us.
