Job Details
Cosetta is a new Italian restaurant and pizzeria from Chef Zach Pollack. Currently open for dinner, adding lunch service soon. The lunch menu is focused on salads, sandwiches, antipasti, and pizzas. The dinner menu features a variety of fish crudos, small plates, blistered pizzas, and a few larger protein-forward mains. All our bread is made in-house.

Experience Required
- At least 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience in an environment where quality and consistency are prioritized.
