Position: Corporate Designer — Aesthetics Projects
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Compare AI-generated deliverables and score them on layout, typography, color, domain realism, and polish.
- Rework the strongest candidate to achieve reference quality.
- Provide clear justifications tied to specific evidence, such as cells, slides, or sections.
- Apply design judgment to real corporate client materials.
- Shape how AI models produce polished, publish-ready knowledge work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work specialization.
- Ability to spot subtle layout inconsistencies.
- Strong opinions on business deliverable quality, articulated in writing.
- Access to Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Preference labelling (≈45 min): Evaluate three client deliverables and score them.
- Tooling & portfolio (≈10 min): Confirm access to PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and upload 1–2 slide decks.
