Job Description

Bring Your Best Welds to Greenville, SC

Picture this: you start your day reviewing a new build in our Greenville shop, blueprints in hand. By mid-morning, your MIG torch is humming as you lay down clean, consistent beads. After lunch, you switch to TIG for a tight-tolerance assembly, finishing the afternoon with a thorough inspection and a quick tune-up on your gear. If that sounds like a day you’d be proud of, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute high-quality welds using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes across a range of materials.
  • Translate blueprints, drawings, and specs into precise, build-ready work.
  • Verify weld integrity through inspection and testing to meet applicable standards.
  • Keep welding tools and equipment in peak condition with routine maintenance.
  • Partner with teammates to hit schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Champion safety best practices and keep your area organized and clean.
  • Grow your capabilities through ongoing training and skill development.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training preferred.
  • Hands-on welding experience and a portfolio or track record of completed projects.
  • Comfort with welding equipment and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and fabrication drawings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a pride-in-craft mindset.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach on the shop floor.
  • Industry certifications (AWS, ASME) are a plus.
