  • Welcome guests, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and care

  • Support food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to address issues promptly

  • Communicate staffing concerns, supply needs, maintenance requests, and service updates to management

  • Complete opening checklists and provide a clear handoff to the afternoon or evening team

  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment across the stalls

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, food hall, café, or similar hospitality environment

  • Supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while supporting a team

  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A commitment to cleanliness, hospitality, and consistent service standards

  • Willingness to step in and assist wherever needed

  • Availability for morning and daytime shifts

  • Ability to remain on your feet and perform the hands-on duties of an active hospitality shift
