The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for the Division of Motor Vehicles. This key leadership role is pivotal in driving modernization, operational excellence, and cultural transformation within the agency. The successful candidate will be a strategic and highly collaborative leader, responsible for providing managerial support across major functions, overseeing improvement initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of the Chief Operating Officer's vision with division-wide execution. The Chief of Staff will also serve as a primary liaison among various stakeholders, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and accountability. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company's Division of Motor Vehicles should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
