**This role is an hour and a half outside Dallas**
Position Overview:
The Full-Time Clinic Provider role is based in a primary care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician. This position supports a steady daily patient volume of approximately 20–30 patients, ensuring consistent, attentive, and efficient care. This is a fully onsite role.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in a primary care clinic setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Provide patient education and promote preventive care
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Manage daily patient flow while maintaining quality of care
Compensation & Incentives:
- Hourly rate: $57–$65 per hour
- Additional RVU-based bonus structure
- Estimated total annual compensation: $120,000–$160,000
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical support or primary care setting
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with EMR systems
