About this position
We're recruiting an experienced NP or PA Aesthetic Injector for an established, high-volume plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
This opportunity is ideal for an injector who has already built a strong patient following and is ready to continue growing within a sophisticated, physician-led aesthetic environment.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Advanced injectable skills and a strong eye for facial aesthetics
- An established patient following/book of business
- A compelling portfolio of before-and-after results
- A track record of strong production, patient retention, and practice growth
- Excellent consultation and relationship-building skills
- An entrepreneurial, energetic, and team-oriented personality
- Comfort and confidence with social media and aesthetic marketing
- A commitment to exceptional patient care and natural, high-quality outcomes
Experience performing laser and energy-based treatments is a plus.
The position is full-time and split between Dallas and Plano. The practice offers competitive base compensation plus a strong production-based incentive structure, benefits, and significant earning potential for an established injector.
