Responsibilities- Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding customer experiences
- Maintain consistent communication with past clients to foster strong relationships
- Assist with overflow email and phone conversations promptly and professionally
- Read, interpret, and assist in achieving General Motors qualifications
- Obtain and help retain General Motors qualifications for the dealership
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the values of The Mason Automotive Group
- Energetic with excellent attention to detail
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and analyze reports accurately
- Experience in customer service or client relations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to follow through and maintain client satisfaction
- Commitment to continuously improving General Motors qualifications
- Competitive pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, paid weekly
