The team collaborates closely with homeowners to deliver cohesive, well-designed spaces that enhance the overall value and comfort of their homes.Role Description The Fractional Operating / Strategic Partner — Construction, Design & Remodeling role is a full-time, on-site position based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across kitchen, bath, closet, and whole-home remodeling projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The partner will collaborate with designers, project managers, installers, and suppliers to optimize workflows, address challenges, and maintain strong client relationships. Daily activities include evaluating project pipelines, refining processes, guiding business planning, and aligning operational decisions with growth and profitability goals. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, shaping strategic partnerships, and supporting sales and marketing efforts to expand the company’s presence in the remodeling and design space.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to grow relationships with vendors, trade partners, and key clients.
- Experience in Consulting and Business Planning to refine operational processes, improve profitability, and support long-term growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Account Management to oversee client portfolios, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of construction, kitchen and bath design, and home remodeling workflows, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and guide decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and organization.
- Prior experience in residential remodeling or design-build environments; familiarity with materials such as granite, quartzite, and quartz is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
