You'll bring your hands-on skills to a fast-paced production environment, building quality components that ship out to customers who count on precision. What You'll Do- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions
- Assemble mechanical and metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Operate overhead cranes or hoists to move materials, as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints or schematics is a plus
- Basic hand tool and power tool knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and attendance
