Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Recruit and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct applicant interviews and match candidates to job opportunities.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure assignment readiness.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients and field employees.
- Branch Operations: Support daily operations and help fill openings in a timely manner.
- Record Management: Accurately update candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, or branch operations.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
