YEOBO, DARLING
Yeobo, Darling is a new Korean-Taiwanese restaurant that opened in June 2025 at 827 Santa Cruz Avenue, Menlo Park, California. Founded by chefs Meichih and Michael Kim, formerly of the Michelin-starred Maum in Palo Alto, Yeobo, Darling blends contemporary culinary techniques with the rich traditions of Korean and Taiwanese cuisines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- Previous fine dining restaurant experience preferred with enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow
- Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred
- Food Handler’s certification, ABC RBS training certification
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly and safely
- Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours
- Must be able to move 50 pounds at time
- Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
