Nicolet Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced *Multi-Family / Commercial HVAC Installer* to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with *a minimum of 3 years of commercial or multi-family HVAC installation experience* who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
* Install HVAC systems in new multi-family and commercial construction projects.
* Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
* Install ductwork, rooftop units, furnaces, air handlers, exhaust systems, and other HVAC equipment.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with local codes and company standards.
* Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Qualifications
* *Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or multi-family HVAC installation experience required.*
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather and job site conditions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
