We are looking for an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in West Bend, WI! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality welds, and are looking for a stable 1st shift opportunity, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Set up welding equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Use grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
- Maintain strong weld quality and production standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous welding experience required
- MIG welding experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to complete a weld test during the interview process
