Empowered Hospitality is seeking a Director of Operations for one of our hospitality and retail clients in the Hamptons.
This iconic Hamptons business is far more than a traditional hospitality operation. Serving as a community hub for both year-round residents and seasonal visitors, it combines high-volume food service, retail, and guest experience under one roof. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee operations, develop teams, and drive business performance across the organization.
