Luxor Staffing is hiring a Robotic Welder paying up to $23 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated welding robots for production.
- Responsible for maintaining tight tolerance weldments in accordance with AWS specs and customer drawing requirements.
- Tolerances of +/- .03" are common and must be adhered to.
- Ensure that the robot welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Implement 2 Second Lean improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in welding or robotic operations preferred.
- 2 years minimum of Semiconductor sheet metal fabrication
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
