The Rough Millworker is responsible for preparing and processing raw lumber and wood materials for use throughout the custom woodworking and millwork operation. This position requires attention to detail, safe and efficient operation of woodworking equipment, accurate material preparation, and the ability to work as part of a team.
The Rough Millworker plays an important role in maintaining production flow by ensuring that properly prepared materials are available for the next stages of manufacturing.
