  • Experience assembling or troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Understanding of basic electrical circuits, sensors, and industrial controls.
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, pneumatic systems, and hand tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing personnel.
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with industrial automation, instrumentation, or precision test equipment.
  • Experience with pneumatic pressure control and airflow systems.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded electronics, or printed circuit board assemblies.
  • Understanding of serial communications such as RS-232 and RS-485.
  • Experience using CAD software for mechanical or electrical design.
  • Familiarity with calibration procedures, measurement uncertainty, or ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Basic programming knowledge, particularly VB.NET, C/C++, or Arduino-based embedded systems.

What We're Looking For

We value individuals who can work across multiple engineering disciplines rather than specializing exclusively in one area.

A successful candidate will enjoy:

  • Building machines and understanding how they operate.
  • Diagnosing problems involving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
  • Working directly with engineers to develop practical solutions.
  • Taking ownership of equipment assembly and testing.
  • Learning new technologies and improving existing equipment.

Why Join CCDI?

  • Work on specialized precision measurement systems used by major manufacturers worldwide.
  • Gain experience across mechanical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, instrumentation, and software.
  • Participate in the entire machine-building process, from assembly through final testing.
  • Work directly with an experienced engineering and manufacturing team.
  • Contribute to both existing products and new equipment development.
