Competitive Compensation Earn up to $100,000+ annually with overtime and per diem opportunities Weekly pay Potential year-end bonus Travel Opportunities 100% nationwide travel See new cities and states while building a rewarding career Single-occupancy hotel accommodations provided when working out of town $50 per day per diem for eligible travel assignments Comprehensive Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program Career Growth Paid training and hands-on learning Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Work alongside industry experts in roadway safety Essential Job Duties Transport trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment throughout the United States Operate rumble strip installation and related equipment Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation Perform basic preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting Work effectively with crew members to ensure successful project completion Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures Interact professionally with inspectors, engineers, contractors, and DOT personnel Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds with assistance when necessary Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reach throughout the workday Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Perform duties near moving traffic, heavy equipment, machinery, airborne particles, and construction environments Ability to stand and walk on pavement for extended periods Qualifications Required Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States with overnight stays Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Experience operating heavy construction equipment Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience Familiarity with hand and power tools Knowledge of heavy equipment safety practices Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills About Surface Preparation TechnologiesAt SPT, our mission is simple: save lives by making roads safer .
