What Youll Do
Help lead a high-volume, high-standard kitchen while delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution. Youll coach and develop the culinary team, lead during service, maintain strong food safety standards, and support food cost, inventory, labor, and scheduling.
What Were Looking For
- Sous Chef/Kitchen leadership experience in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or high-end polished casual
- Strong knowledge of steaks, proteins, seafood, sauces, and scratch cooking
- Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team
- High standards and strong attention to detail
- Driven to grow into an Executive Chef role
