El Camino Health is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment to guide HR on labor relations, leave, and regulatory compliance in a unionized healthcare setting at our Mountain View and Los Gatos locations.
You will manage employment litigation through insurers and outside counsel, advise on ADA/FEHA accommodations, and collaborate with executives on high-risk matters, restructurings, and policy development. A JD and CA Bar admission are required, with 5+ years of experience.
