The role
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, explain treatment options clearly, maintain accurate clinical records, and collaborate with the office team to support continuity of care. As lead dentist, bring sound clinical judgment and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
New Jersey dental license or eligibility for licensure before starting
At least 5 years of clinical experience
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to guide and support a clinical team
