As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our Subway location, ensuring top-notch service and quality for our guests.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure food quality meets company standards
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any complaints
- Oversee restaurant staff and ensure proper staffing levels
- Manage costs and ensure profitability of the location
Required Skills:
- Restaurant management experience
- Strong decision-making skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage management
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Experience with complaint resolution
Nice to Have Skills:
- ServSafe Certified
- Experience in retail or accounting
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $45,000.00
Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
