Daily Responsibilities:
- Create made-to-order sandwiches and salads
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Follow proper portion control guidelines
- Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and grilling
- Operate fryers and dishwashing equipment
- Manage food service operations and catering orders
Required Skills:
- Menu planning
- Knife skills
- Scratch cooking
- Food quality control
- Experience with food handling and preparation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Food service management experience
- ServSafe Certified
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
- Understanding of nutrition principles
Salary and Benefits:
