Join our team at The Royal, a family-owned restaurant in one of New Orleans’ most iconic courtyards. We are building a team of dedicated hospitality professionals who care about our guests and one another.
We are looking for a skilled, dependable line cook who cares about flavor, consistency, and a well-run kitchen.
What you will do
- Prepare and cook menu items to Chef Jerry’s recipes and standards.
- Keep your station stocked and organized and communicate clearly during service.
- Follow food safety practices and complete daily cleaning and closing duties.
What we are looking for
One year of line cook experience preferred. Strong kitchen fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team.
