About this position

QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

We bring our operational acumen to the table, developing and managing restaurants tailored to the hotel, the region and the demands of the market. These are not cookie cutter concepts, but true restaurants born of the region and based on our history.

Working under the direction of the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary leadership, you will support daily kitchen operations through accurate preparation, proper food handling, and disciplined attention to detail. From preparing fresh ingredients to maintaining an organized workstation, your work directly contributes to the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish that leaves our kitchen.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands that no task is beneath any member of the team. At Broussard’s, preparation is more than a task—it is an essential part of creating memorable New Orleans dining experiences.
