About the Role:
Dye Plumbing Inc is looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Akron, OH! Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Ensure all work meets local codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors, inspectors, and team members on job sites
- Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and installation of water heaters, drains, and fixtures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Ohio (Not required)
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
