Our services focus on wellness, medically supervised weight management, beauty and regenerative treatments, hormone health, IV wellness, and personalized patient care.
We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and higghly motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our founding clinical team. This position is ideal for a care provider who enjoys building lasting relationships and wants to help shape an innovative practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
> Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments.
> Provide in-home and virtual appointments.
> Develop individualized wellness and treatment plans.
> Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies within the provider"s legal scope of practice.
> Support medically supervised weight_management programs.
> Evaluate patients for wellness, hormone -health, peptide -related, beauty and IV-thearphy services.
< Educate patients about treatment plans, proper use, possible side effects, and follow-up care.
> maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
> Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
> Follow all applicable medical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
> Deliver discreet, compassionate, and highly professional concierge experience.
> Collaborate with Velovis Health leadership as the company expands its services and patient base.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
> Current and unrestricted Missouri Nurse Practitioner/APRN license.
> Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred.
> Current prescription authority applicable to the services provided.
> Current DEA registration when required for prescribed treatments.
> Current BLS or ACLS certification.
> Strong clinical judgment and patient-assessment skills.
> Valid Drivers License and ability to travel throughout St. Louis area.
> Ability to provide both mobile and virtual patient care.
> Commitment to patient safety, privacy, professionalism , and regulatory compliance.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
> Primary care, functional medicine, wellness, or concierge medicine.
> Medical weight management and hormone - health services.
> IV hydration or infusion theraphy.
> Aesthetic or regenerative wellness.
> Telehealth and electronic medical- record systems.
> Experience helping develop clinical procedures in a new or growing practice.
