- The coverage request is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm onsite daily (no weekends are necessary)
- November 23 - November 27
- November 30 - December 4
- The following should be included in the daily responsibilities
- Patients need to be seen face to face within 24hrs of admission
- On-site coverage
- Rounding
- Consults
- Face to face patient care
- Scheduled Team conferences (these are already prescheduled, cannot be rescheduled)
- Monday 8:30am
- Wednesday 8:30am
- Friday 11am
100% adult rehab
Number of Patients Per Day: 10-20 on the unit
24 Hour Lab Available
24hr Anesthesia Department
Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level/Designation: Level III
Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): BLS
PM&R Required Procedures: Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evals, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H & P
