Shift Details
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM onsite
Team conferences scheduled Monday 8:30 AM, Wednesday 8:30 AM, and Friday 11:00 AM
No weekend coverage required
No call required
Requirements
Board Certified
Active Michigan license
BLS certification
Provider must be local
Must have clean background for quick credentialing
Must be available for listed coverage dates

Prescribing Narcotics
Discharge Summary/Med Rec
Weekly Care Plan Documentation
Post admission evaluations
Face-to-face visits

Assignment Details
Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (20 beds)
Reason for Coverage: Physiatrist Vacation
Patients must be seen face-to-face within 24 hours of admission
On-site coverage includes rounding and consults
Scheduled team conferences
Hospital inpatient rehabilitation coverage only
100% adult rehabilitation
Patient volume: 10-20 patients per day
24-hour lab and anesthesia department available
EMR: Cerner
Facility Trauma Level: Level III
