About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to play a pivotal role in defining and leading the enterprise marketing, innovation, and sales strategy. This executive position is accountable for brand positioning, visitation growth, and total revenue performance, with a focus on translating consumer and market intelligence into integrated commercial plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the long-term marketing vision, leading integrated marketing plans, and providing executive oversight of the sales function. Additionally, the role involves directing the innovation agenda, establishing a structured approach to capturing and analyzing customer feedback, and developing and managing marketing and innovation budgets. The Vice President of Marketing will also be tasked with building strategic partnerships and leading, developing, and structuring the marketing and sales teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of ten years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive responsibility for multi-functional teams, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth through data-informed brand, marketing, and promotional strategy, and an advanced command of marketing analytics, customer insight, and performance measurement. Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed. Experience in tourism, hospitality, attractions, or other experience-driven consumer sectors is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at both long-term strategic planning and hands-on execution within a lean structure.
