About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director - Head of E-Communications Surveillance to take on a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding the Communications Surveillance review team, with a focus on the timely identification, escalation, and resolution of risks. This role involves close collaboration with supervisors and compliance stakeholders to ensure that all issues are handled in accordance with regulations. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in driving improvements in surveillance training, designing and managing performance metrics, and leading the implementation and optimization of surveillance systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Applicants for the Executive Director - Head of E-Communications Surveillance position at the company should have a strong background in compliance, particularly in the area of surveillance.
