The Role
As a Licensed Esthetician, you'll help guests feel better inside and out through exceptional skincare experiences that combine results, relaxation, education, and genuine care.
You will combine technical expertise, intuition, and genuine care to create personalized treatment plans that improve skin health, build confidence, and support guest goals while delivering the hospitality and professionalism that define the Viva experience.
What You’ll Own
- Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services that meet Viva standards
- Customize treatments based on guest goals, skin concerns, lifestyle, and treatment history
- Build lasting guest relationships through trust, consistency, and professionalism
- Educate guests on skincare, treatment recommendations, and home-care routines
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation; uphold sanitation and safety standards
- Contribute to retention, rebooking, and guest satisfaction goals
- Support retail goals through authentic education and personalized product recommendations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Technical Qualifications
- Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional esthetics experience preferred
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and corrective skincare
- Experience performing customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care, SkinCeuticals, Skin Better, Venn, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED therapy, and other advanced skincare treatments preferred
- Luxury spa, hospitality, wellness, or resort experience preferred
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive treatment movements safely and effectively
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 pounds
