The Position

The Regional Director of Operations will lead and inspire frontline clinic teams across multiple locations, driving operational excellence, elevating performance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the region.
Reports to the organization’s Vice President of Operations
The ideal candidate will be a highly visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This individual will provide daily operational leadership across multiple clinic locations, monitor key performance indicators, drive accountability, improve operational efficiency, and ensure teams consistently achieve organizational goals.
The successful candidate will be improvement-focused, comfortable spending significant time in the field coaching staff, and implementing best practices for clinic management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management or a related field required. Master's preferred
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Technician or Radiology Technician is highly preferred.
A minimum of five years of experience leading multi-site operations in an urgent care or outpatient setting is required.
