About the Role:
AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC is looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in Calhoun, GA! Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, and wiring systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all applicable electrical safety standards
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support continuous operations
- Document electrical work, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Familiarity with NEC codes and OSHA electrical safety regulations
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to emergency repairs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
