We’re looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) who wants more than just a routine role, someone who’s ready to bring clinical expertise, collaboration, and real impact to post-acute care settings.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary teams, support residents health, and play a key role in maintaining regulatory excellence, all while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing follow-ups
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
  • Collaborate with nursing, leadership, and care teams
  • Support compliance with CMS and state regulations
  • Participate in care conferences and survey readiness efforts
  • Provide guidance, education, and support to facility staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
  • Must have experience in skilled nursing, long-term care
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards (CMS/Title 22 a plus)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently
  • Reliable transportation for onsite visits

It is a unique organization that trains registered dietitians and dietetic interns in long-term care communities by pairing them with our network of experienced RDNs, many of whom were once dietetic interns for NTE.
