Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm. Friday 8:00am-12:00pm with admin time 12:00pm-4:00pm
- Job Setting: Clinic, approximately 25 patients per day
- Types of Cases: Consults, established patients, Botox for migraines, EMGs, read EEGs
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Board Certified NCCPA Certified (if PA), AANP or ANCC Certified (if NP)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Active Arizona license required
