Personalized Nursing LIGHT House (PNLH), a leading behavioral health provider with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team!
We are looking for a part-time therapist to provide clients with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in a structured residential setting on Saturday.

Position SummaryAs a Primary Therapist, you will deliver individual and group therapy to adult clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will use the LIGHT model to guide clinical decision-making and support clients in achieving sustainable recovery.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients
Facilitate therapeutic groups weekly on PNLH-selected topics
Use the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counseling
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needs
Monitor service utilization and coordinate care with internal and external providers
