Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:
I. Station or Machines:
- Inspection – Magnaflux
- Inspection – Rockwell hardness testers
- Inspection – Surface plate
- CMM coordinate measuring machine
II. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspection of production parts to specification
- Inspection of vendor parts to specification
- Required reporting documents
- Gage calibration
- Ability to utilize hoist
- ISO internal auditor
- Program and operate CMM coordinate measuring machine
III. Minimum Physical Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to load and unload parts with hoist.
IV. Minimum Qualifications
- Departmental procedures and work instructions
- Safety rules and procedures
- Operation of hoists
- Operation of Magnaflux
- Operation of Rockwell hardness testers
- Operation of inspection tools
- Computer operation, basic shop math, SPC, basic trigonometry
- Read and write in English
- Five (5) years inspection experience, one (1) year CMM
- Read and understand blueprints.
