About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to serve as the lead HR officer and strategic partner to the Chancellor and campus leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. This role requires the development and implementation of HR strategies that support institutional goals and comply with relevant laws and policies. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement, and ensuring that HR services are customer-focused and operationally effective. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in HR or an executive role, and a strong knowledge of employment law, best practices, and change management. The role demands excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. A Master's degree and professional HR certification are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading through change, building collaborative relationships, and influencing decision-making. Responsibilities also include financial and administrative oversight, operational leadership, and the supervision of the HR team.
