About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Analytics to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the overall financial strategy, with a focus on supporting growth and long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will lead all financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling. This role involves partnering with the leadership team to evaluate key initiatives, measure ROI, and drive performance improvements. The VP will also be responsible for managing cash flow, capital planning, and working capital to ensure financial stability and scalability. Additionally, the role includes preparing and presenting various financial materials, serving as a key thought partner on business strategy, and overseeing the company's data and analytics function. Applicants for the VP of Finance and Analytics position at the company should have 8-12 years' of progressive finance experience, with a preference for those with a background in DTC, e-commerce, retail, or consumer products. The role requires a proven track record in leading FP&A, accounting, and business analytics functions, as well as a strong understanding of DTC financial metrics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, and the ability to influence executive decision-making. A hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and a CPA and/or MBA are preferred. The VP will be expected to foster a culture of data-driven thinking, build and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure that financial insights are communicated clearly and accessibly across the organization.
