Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a CFSS Support Worker to join our Montevideo team. This position is located in Granite Falls, MN.

Position Duties Include:
- Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
- Provide assistance including, but not limited to, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other health related tasks.
- Ensure a safe, clean, healthy home environment.
- Document cares provided to client as instructed.
- Assist with routine household chores of light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arraignments.
- Recognize safety hazards in client's home environment or habits of daily living.
- Report all safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Provide clients with social and emotional support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
- Maintain training and educational requirements.
Qualifications
CFSS Support Worker Certification, High School Diploma or GED, and industry knowledge strongly preferred.
