Critically acclaimed, James Beard Award–winning seafood restaurant and cocktail bar Maison Premiere is seeking experienced Oyster Shuckers to join our growing team.

Ideal candidates are confident working at a fast pace, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in carefully selecting, shucking, and serving pristine oysters with consistency and care.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Experience shucking oysters in a high-volume or fine-dining setting preferred

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure

• Commitment to product knowledge, technique, and responsible sourcing

• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

• Weekend and holiday availability required

We are technique-driven and deeply committed to respectfully sourced and harvested seafood. This role offers the opportunity to work at a high level alongside a dedicated, professional team.
