About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Immuno-Oncology Marketing. The successful candidate will be the brand champion, leading the creation and implementation of brand strategy and tactical plans to differentiate and demonstrate the therapeutic value of the immuno-oncology portfolio. This role requires a strong track record in partnering with cross-functional teams, managing product positioning, and overseeing all marketing initiatives. The VP will also be responsible for optimizing return-on-investment, managing the promotional budget, and leading a team of marketing and thought leader liaisons. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, with a master’s degree (MBA) strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare or pharma. Direct experience in oncology marketing, particularly in rare disease or rare oncology marketing, is essential. The role demands a proven ability to work with various audiences, including oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and trade organizations, and a solid track record in building and developing teams. Experience in the business of immuno-oncology and/or oncology-related injectables, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, are also required. The VP will be expected to support business development planning and ensure the marketing efforts are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
