NABRICO Marine Products is seeking a safety-focused, mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to join our team in Gallatin, TN. In this role, you will primarily assemble powered winches and related marine equipment, with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical components. Additional responsibilities may include general assembly, warehouse support, and facility maintenance. We are looking for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and the flexibility to support a variety of operational needs.

What You'll Do
- Assemble powered winches and related marine equipment according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Install and assemble mechanical and electrical components used in powered winch systems.
- Perform basic electrical wiring, connections, and component installation as required.
- Work with pneumatic and hydraulic components and systems as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and product specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure components are properly installed and meet quality requirements.
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting assembled equipment to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform general assembly duties on additional marine products and components as needed.
- Assist with warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, staging, and moving materials and components.
- Support general facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
